About Thai

Thai LoeThai Loe is an Innovative Strategic Manager, who believes in leading with a strong vision.  She is currently working as a Business Development Manager and Trainer, specializing in Systems, Financial Development, and Client Relationships.   Primarily working under Meditation Magic, Inc, she consults with clients, trains with Frontier Trainings, and develops products such as business simulation games.

Thai says that in order to “create transformation you must visit the future and bring back photos.”  She believes that the visionaries will lead the future because they have already been there in their minds. In order to stay competitive in today’s unpredictable and fluctuating market, a business leader must be innovative, strategic, and a leader who will show people what the future looks like.

Thai LoeThai has 20 years experience in Business Development, Management, and Training; with 15 of those years in Information Technology (IT)  Development and Quality Assurance for Fortune 500 firms, large non-profit organizations, and government agencies; working in industries such as Health Care, Technology, and Entertainment. She has consulted with dozens of companies and created powerful results.

She managed multiple large-scale software systems ranging from 1.4 million to 4 billion.  She has consulted with small to medium sized businesses resulting in dramatic business growth.

Thai has researched, studied, written, and spoken in the fields of technology, business, finance, education, and entertainment.

Thai developed her passion for entrepreneurship, entertainment, and technology as a child.  She founded her first business at age 8 with her partner (sister).  It was a children’s neighborhood carnival; which produced over $2000 per weekend in revenue, due mostly to the concession stands.  She also created “Backyard Summer Theater” where she produced plays with similar bankable results.  By age 12 she was developing computer video games on her TI-99-4A home computer, just as the home video game craze began.  These became so popular that she was invited to be an unofficial assistant teacher at the local community college to share her ideas on programming.

Thai spent her life studying the marketplace, developing innovative marketing ideas, and predicting the trends.  She believes that any manager who wants to survive the depression waves of the Digital 2.0 Age must have imagination. This manager will need to create new ways of marketing and understand the power of society wide trends in order to predict the next big wave.   Thai says “You can ride the next big wave into the future or you can get crushed underneath it. The choice is yours but to me it looks like a good time for surfing lessons.”

Business School, Dinner Theater Style

Thai’s natural interests have evolved over the years and are cumulating into a new type of business. In 2008, she began working with Clinton Swaine, founder of Frontier Trainings, the World Leader in Experiential Business Training. She has now developed 30 business simulation games. She calls this type of training “Business School Dinner Theater Style” because it is an interactive fun event that teaches powerful business principles to people as naturally as learning to ride a bike teaches balance, provides access to freedom, and improves health.

Thai believes that education should entertain, illuminate, and transform in order to advance a person. She says “Education without advancement is a hobby.” Most education is so intellectual and abstract that it is quickly forgotten. Her solution is to create education that is interactive, fun, and can be applied immediately for powerful results that show up not only in black and white but also on the bottom line. So if you want to learn, get in the game; the business simulation game.
